The sun finally came out.
Late posting today. I went to Costco, confidently handed them my card (which was under Robin's business account) and it said, 'nope' no good. Beware. I will have to take out one under my own account. Nuisance.
Heard from John and Nancy! They are reading the blogs, but still need to find out how to comment. Why do the software folks make it so hard?????
I have spent the afternoon getting some craft materials together. Starting to feel creative again.

Creative is good.I am enjoying baking and gardening.Lights up my mood.I made lavander simple syrup from the neighbors plants,so we had lavander lemonade last night, but I also made a apple pie from scratch for the kids.I gave the neighbors some of the origano pesto from my yard in exchange and it was a hit!

ReplyDeleteEager to hear from my students tomorrow as they do their final wrap up presentations for the course - some are superstars and I would love to see them as EAs in classrooms - others destined for community living placements. All soon to be proud graduates! It's a bittersweet time - we really build relationship over the 10 months and I'm so proud of each and every one of them! And you, Val, inspired me... what is the name of that lovely young woman you told me about years ago- Ramona??? Now there's creative!
